  Staff don't work well together, don't pay attention to customers, and mix up orders. I witnessed a manager snatch an ice cream scooper out of the girl who was helping me hands and shooed her away, which was very rude. Also, my mom left with a giant hair in her ice cream. Won't buy here again.

  just pure evil manager/owner. She makes everyone so uncomfortable. Yelling at customers and her employees.

  My wife had ordered a customized cake for me for my birthday. Upon receiving it, the cake had the wrong wording and was in the wrong colour. When my wife had called in regards to this error, the manager just apologized and said the girl who was writing it was new. My wife was pretty upset that the cake was not checked over, or that the order form was not checked either before being given to us. I am incredibly disappointed with the staff and manager of this location and we will NOT be going back here again.
